Privacy policy

The short answer

This site is static. There is no registration, no account, no form. We do not ask you for your name, phone number or payment details, and we do not store them.

Cookies

The site sets no cookies of its own, uses no tracking pixels, and stores nothing in your browser. There is no Google Analytics, no Meta Pixel, nothing of that kind. That is also why there is no "accept cookies" banner here — there is nothing to accept.

How the outbound links work

Links that lead off the site — to operators and to our Telegram channel — do not point at them directly; they pass through an address of ours, mercxana.com/go/…. When you follow one, our server records only this: which page and which offer you came from, and when.

Why: affiliate panels report a total and nothing else — they do not say which part of the site a click came from. This lets us tell which pages are actually useful. It is not used to identify you, and there is no cookie, account or anything else that could.

Server logs

Like every web server, the server that hosts the site keeps technical logs: browser type, the time of the request, the page opened, and an IP address. The IP address is shortened before it is written (for example 85.132.44.0), so a full address is never stored. No cookie, name, email or account data is written either. Logs are rotated and deleted automatically once they reach a certain size. They are not shared with third parties and not sold.

One addition: when someone follows a link to a bookmaker, the site's owner gets a short private notification in Telegram — which operator and which button, the name of the network the click came from, its country and the device type (for example "Android phone"); and, on request, the day's total visits. It contains no IP address, full or shortened, and nothing that could identify you. It is delivered through Telegram.

External links

The site contains links to bookmakers and to other sites. While you are on those sites their own privacy policies apply — we are not responsible for what they do. Some links are affiliate links; this is explained on the About us page.

Fonts

Fonts are served from the site's own server — no request is sent to any third-party font service.

Children

The site is for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect any data from anyone under the age of majority.
